Student's Guide

What you can do today, who you can trust, and your rights.

Introduction

If you are being bullied, this is not your fault, and you are not alone. This is a short guide - what you can do today, and who can help.

Signs

  • You feel afraid to go to school.
  • You cry or get angry often but you're not sure why.
  • You avoid certain places - toilets, canteen, corridors - because of certain people.
  • You stop sharing stories with parents or friends.

What you can do

  1. Tell a trusted adult - a teacher, counsellor, parent, or relative.
  2. Save evidence - screenshots, messages, or notes of date/place.
  3. You can write it down if it's hard to say. A letter is valid too.
  4. Find friends who support you. You deserve good friends.
  5. You can file a report on HeroFriends - by yourself or with your parents.
