How does it work?

Fill the Pre-Report form in under 5 minutes. Attach photos or videos as evidence if you have any.
2. Action.
The HeroFriends team reviews your report and routes it to the School Bullying Committee or the Anti-Bullying Tribunal.
3. Resolve.
You receive a reference number and can track the case at any time via a secure link.

Yes. Every report is handled confidentially by trained HeroFriends officers. Your information is only shared with parties who need to know in order to help the victim, and every share is logged.
Pre-Reports are usually reviewed within 3 working days. For cases referred to the Anti-Bullying Tribunal, the respondent has 14 working days to file their defence, followed by a hearing schedule.
Yes. You can choose the 'Witness' role in the Pre-Report form. Our team will reach out if more information is needed.
Not all cases reach the Tribunal. Many cases are resolved by the School Bullying Committee. If your case is referred to the Tribunal, you will receive written notice and counselling support throughout the process.
